NAMC offers a variety of manufacturing training programs that fit the needs of all types of adult learners. Our North Shore programs offer fundamental training for English Language Learners, high school equivalency, and math tutoring.

The traditional in-person related instruction with hands-on technical training on state-of-the-art equipment has been our most successful approach to learning. One of our newest models which is receiving a great deal of attention from our employer partners, is the apprenticeship training program, where existing employees are up-scaled into the next level of technical expertise. Our partners and training providers are our local Career and Technical High Schools, Community Colleges, and independent training schools.

Every program is taught by experts in the manufacturing industry and/or experienced instructors. Programs range from 280 to 415 hours and are designed to complete quickly, engage the learner, and align to industry needs so you can get the skills necessary for employment. Each program also includes a variety of work-based learning opportunities where you can meet with employers, tour a manufacturing site, or hear from guest speakers. We also provide a variety of job assistance services, including working with experienced career counselors, developing resumes, writing cover letters, and preparing for interviews via the MAHire Career Center services.

NAMC Training Providers are now requiring Vaccinations and most require a CORI.
