At no cost to unemployed, underemployed and inexperienced career seekers, NAMC’s educational partners and career centers are executing multiple training cycles in the four regions (North Shore, Lowell, Merrimack Valley, and Metro North) to support the advanced manufacturing industry. Regularly run programs in Machining, Electromechanical Assembly, and Welding can be accessed year-round.
Employers need skilled workers. Young people, career changers, and workers interested in upward mobility want a path to a good job without accruing lots of debt. NAMC actively works with local manufacturers to enroll new hires and existing workers into registered apprenticeship training programs.
