Youth Program Mission

We introduce high school students to rewarding and sustainable careers in Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Trades through immersive, hands-on learning experiences and career exploration activities.

What We Do

We work with Ed Tech companies specializing in Career & Technical Education (CTE) and vocational training programs to provide students with realistic insights into the world of manufacturing and skilled trades.

We also partner with industry employers, local high schools and training programs to connect students with quality education, job shadowing, and hands-on learning opportunities.
