Yes, we know, we know–The word “free” often comes with a catch. However, we think of our free training courses as mutually beneficial for our local industry and trainees–everyone wins!
These courses provide hands-on experience for our students, nurturing the next generation of manufacturing professionals in a variety of fields, such as CNC machining, welding, and more.
Once these individuals graduate from our programs, they are ready to enter the workforce, providing employers with entry-level applicants that already have foundation knowledge.
Training Gives You A Headstart (And A Confidence Boost)
As mentioned above, when trainees graduate from the program, they will have already learned the foundational skills in their chosen field. These are skills that they can add to their resume, making them sought-after candidates during their job search.
Get Your Certification(s)
In addition, trainees often have the opportunity to leave courses with advanced manufacturing certificates.
For example, during the CNC Machine Operator training course, students obtain a certificate in CNC Milling and Lathe from the National Institute of Metal Working Skills (NIMS).
As part of our Welder program, all courses within the curriculum meet the certification requirements of the American Welding Society (AWS), including an OSHA 10 general industry card.
